When logged into MyStand, you’ll find all the information you need as a stand coordinator for planning your booth and preparing for the trade fair:
- Stand Number
Here you will find your booth location and stand number, as well as a hall map of the entire exhibition.
Tip: The letter at the beginning of the stand number indicates which hall your booth is in. Stand no. E01-12 is in hall E. - Online Exposhop
In the Exposhop online store, you will find everything you need for your booth: walls, carpets, equipment, electricity, furniture, décor, etc., as well as services like booth photography. NOVA Spektrum Service is responsible for the online shop and will gladly answer your questions about products and how to order (see contact info below). - My Tickets
Here you will find your Exhibitor Pass, which gives you access to the exhibition halls during the exhibition period. - Event Information
Here you will find practical and important information for exhibitors: opening hours, freight handling, hotels, parking, and much more. - Organize Your Team
Here you create Exhibitor Passes (access cards) for your colleagues who will staff the booth during the exhibition. Remember to send each of them their Exhibitor Pass by email so they have it ready when they arrive. The Exhibitor Pass is personal (shows name and company), must be worn visibly for visitors, and presented at ticket control at the entrances. - Update Stand Information
Check what is already registered for your company. You can add company and contact details, upload your logo, and enable meeting requests from interested parties. This ensures your company is presented in the best possible way in the official exhibitor list.
Log in with your email address and select “Log in with link”
The email address is the one you registered as your company’s exhibitor contact, as this is how you gain access to all functionality in MyStand.
